【IMPORTANT!】Possibility of school closure on Monday because of the Typhoon / 【重要】台風による月曜日休校の可能性について

Dear Summer School parents,

We hope this email finds you well.
As you may know, the typhoon No.12 is approaching to Japan island and there's a high possibility of landing.
In case the typhoon head to Tohoku Area or the weather condition is severe around the Tohoku area, the school may be closed on Monday, July 30th for student's safety.

Please find the following information about school when we school will decide not to have school and how we will make an announcement about it.

【When will we judge?】
By 5:00 a.m. on Monday, July 30th
If we can make a decision on Sunday, we will make an announcement at that time.

【How will we inform you?】
We will make an announcement by:
1) Email
2) "News" section of our homepage
3) On Summer School 2018 Blog Post

【Even without an announcement from school...】
In case the weather forecast says that we have a storm warning, heavy rain warning (flood) or special warning at 6:00 a.m. in Miyagi prefecture area, there will be NO school even when you don't receive any announcement from School.
The school will be a whole day off even if the warning is cancelled after 6:00 a.m.
We kindly ask parents to be careful of the weather forecast.

サマースクール2018第二週目に参加予定の皆様へ

平素よりお世話になっております。
テレビ等の天気予報でも報じられている通り、勢力を強めた台風12号が北上し、週末にかけて本州に上陸する恐れがあります。
台風の進路によっては、雨や風等の影響により、30日（月）のサマースクール第二週目初日の登下校時間帯・レッスン時間にもお子様に危険が及ぶ可能性がございます。
つきましては、サマースクールに参加される皆様の安全のため、今後の台風情報によっては、30日（月）を休校とさせて頂きます。

スクール休校の判断については、以下の通り決定・お知らせ致しますので、今後の学校からの情報に注意してください。

【判断のタイミング】
7月30日（月）の朝5:00までに判断します。
前日の時点で判断できる場合は、前日中に判断します。

【お知らせの方法】
下記の3つの方法で休校についてお知らせします。
１）メール
２）ホームページの「お知らせ」
３）サマースクール2018ブログ上の記事

【お知らせの有無にかかわらず、休校となる場合】
宮城県内において、暴風警報・大雨警報・特別警報のいずれかについて気象庁から発表があり、当日朝午前6時の時点で発表継続中の場合は、学校からのお知らせの有無にかかわらず、休校とします。
その後、警報が解除されたとしても、その日は全日休校となります。
保護者の皆さんは、各自、テレビやラジオ等で天気予報の確認をお願いします。

なお、学校からの連絡にかかわらず、「安全第一、無理はしない」ことを第一に、登校の有無をご判断下さい。
